The Classified Employees Association has invited the director of the State Universities Civil Service System to speak at its Feb. 3 luncheon. Walter Ingerski will speak on "The Procedure for Changing a Civil Service Rule." He will discuss the proposed change in seniority for UI clerical workers. The luncheon is scheduled for 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Univeristy Inn.
