Inside Lights

The Undergraduate Library Media Center recently has rounded out its
retrospective collection of Academy Award-winning films. With funding
assistance from Unit for Cinema Studies, the collection now includes all
films honored as best picture of the year, from 1928 to 1992.

University faculty or staff members may reserve space at the Media Center
viewing facilities to watch these or other films in the collection by
calling 333-2667.


The last issue of Inside Illinois included an incorrect phone number for
the Preservation and Conservation Association, which is interesting in
obtaining information about the missing staircase from the Stephen Forbes
house. The correct phone number is 328-7222.
