Deaths

Robert G. Colman Sr.

Robert G. Colman Sr., a machinist in the Operation and Maintenance
Division, died July 13 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana. He was 57.

Colman worked for the UI for 19 years. He formerly worked at Alloy Casting
and Engineering, Champaign. 

Survivors include his wife, Sally; three sons; two daughters; 11
grandchildren; and a sister. 

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association. 


Harold H. Dalrymple

Harold H. Dalrymple, research engineer in the department of civil
engineering, died July 10 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.

Dalrymple worked for the UI for nearly 20 years. 

He graduated from the UI in 1965, and served in the U.S. Air Force during
the Korean War. 

Survivors include his wife, Patricia; two daughters; and two grandchildren. 

Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia Society of America or
St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Urbana.
