Brief: Food Service alters requirement

Beginning with fall semester service, units reserving private rooms for
Ballroom lunch buffet use will be required to provide a guaranteed count
along with their reservation.

A department charge number, a Social Security number, or some other form of
university-recognized identification also will be required.

The department or individual making the reservation will be responsible for
payment of 95 percent of the guaranteed or the actual count attending,
whichever is greater. The basic charge for use of these rooms will remain
$6 per person.
