Nominations are sought for Robert P. Larsen Human Development Awards, created by the Counseling Center to recognize those who enhance student development and maximize student capabilities. Separate awards are given to an individual and to a group making a significant contribution to the campus consistent with the general mission of the Counseling Center. Any person or group within the university community (except individuals associated with the Counseling Center) is eligible. Preference will be given to students or student groups. Self-nomination is welcome. The award is named in honor of Robert P. Larsen, who has been a staff member at the center for more than 50 years. Winners will receive $200 and a plaque and their names will be added to the permanent plaque in the Counseling Center. Nomination materials should be sent by March 10 to James Sipich, Chair, Robert P. Larsen Awards Committee, Counseling Center, 337 McKinley Health Center.
