Brief: Two Commerce seminars scheduled

The Center for International Business Education and Research
(CIBER) will hold two seminars this spring.

Richard Caves, professor of economics at Harvard University,
will speak from 2 to 4 p.m. March 30 on "Stasis and Flux in
Multinational Enterprises." Geoffrey Jones, professor of
business history at the University of Reading, England, will
speak from 3 to 5 p.m. April 20  on "British Trading
Companies in the 19th Century."

Both seminars will be held in 370 Commerce West Building.
CIBER is a research and educational arm of the College of
Commerce and Business Administration.
