Brief: Tax forms available at UI Library

The UI Documents Library has multiple copies of state and
federal tax forms available for the public.

The most common forms, including Schedule NR, "Non-resident
and Part-year Resident Computation of Illinois Tax," are
located outside the Reference Room on the second floor of
the main Library. Other forms can be obtained at the
Documents Library reference desk.

The Documents Library does not provide forms for states
other than Illinois. If the library doesn't have the form
you need, call the IRS forms/publications office at (800)
829-3676.
