Brief: Software demonstations to be offered

Demonstrations of the "buzz word" software products for working
cooperatively with class members are being offered by the Sloan Center for
Asynchronous Learning Networks.

Demonstrations of FirstClass, PacerForum, Mosaic and Netscape - software
products for doing online, out of the classroom networking - are offered
free to faculty and staff members and students.

Sessions will be held in 151 Everitt Laboratory.

On Sept. 9, demonstrations will be offered at 10 a.m., PacerForum; 11 a.m.,
Mosaic and Netscape; and noon, FirstClass. On Sept.10 and 24,
demonstrations will be offered at 3 p.m., PacerForum; 4 p.m., Mosaic and
Netscape; and 5 p.m. FirstClass.
