Brief: Proctors available for large-class tests

As a continued response to concerns about cheating on exams, the Office of
the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs again has funded the proctor pool.

The free service is offered to any faculty member or teaching assistant
needing help administering exams to large classes. To reserve one or more
graduate student proctors, an instructor needs to make a request at least
two weeks before a test date.

The proctor pool is administered by Testing Services in the Counseling
Center. Proctors are required to attend a training session.

Requests for proctors should be made by calling Kathy Runck at 333-3706.
