Brief: Parents group to meet March 28

The UIUC Parents' Group will meet at  noon March 28 in 514 Illini Union
Bookstore. Guest speaker Nancy Hertzog, director of University Primary
School, will discuss assessment - what it is, the different types that
exist, and what parents need to know about it. For further information,

There is also a listserv designed to allow parents in the Champaign-Urbana
and university communities to exchange information and ideas about
parenting. Topics might include child care, selecting schools, negotiating
work issues, and finding child-friendly places and things to do in
