Brief: Tax forms available at Documents Library

Federal and Illinois income tax forms are available at the UI Documents
Library.

The library has multiple copies of the most commonly used forms, as well as
some specialized forms, including Schedule NR, "Nonresident and Part-Year
Resident Computation of Illinois Tax." Other forms can be photocopied from
a tax-form book available at the Documents Library reference desk. The
library does not supply tax forms for states other than Illinois.

Inquire at the reference desk for assistance in locating income tax
materials. If the library doesn't have the form you need, call the IRS
forms/publications office at (800) 829-3676.
