Current faculty and staff members can continue to exchange their old photo ID cards for the new "i-card" at the Illini Union Bookstore from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. through Aug. 16. Individuals, such as retirees, who get paper ID cards need not exchange them. Paper ID cards will continue to be recognized throughout campus.
Faculty and staff members who want to make a change to their listing
in the 1996-97 Student/Staff Directory must submit those changes by Sept.
1. Call the Office of Publications at 333 9200 to request the following
Suppression forms: An employee who wants to withhold personal information (home address, home telephone number and/or spouse's name) from the staff section of the directory should submit a suppression form to the Office of Publications. Those who have submitted suppression forms in previous years need not do so again; a suppression request remains in effect until a reinstatement form is submitted.
Joint appointment forms: A university employee who has more than one title can have all appointments listed in the staff section of the directory by submitting a joint appointment form.
Other changes: Employees for whom the above situations do not apply but wish to make changes in their staff section listing must do so through the Payroll Division.
Employees whose telephone area codes recently have changed must make certain the Payroll Division has the correct information for publication in the directory.
